Embodied Relating & Intimacy Coaching

Many people come to this work feeling quietly stuck.

You may recognise moments of tension or uncertainty in intimacy — not knowing whether your partner is truly enjoying themselves, or finding yourself tolerating touch or care that doesn’t feel right because you don’t want to hurt, disappoint, or disrupt the connection.

These situations are not personal failures.
They are often signs of missing education — not in technique, but in embodied communication, consent, pleasure, and regulation.

My work exists to meet that gap.

I combine embodied coaching and body-based learning to support people in developing deeper, more truthful intimacy — with themselves first, and then with others. This is not about perfection or performance. It is about learning to listen, respond, and stay present in the body.

Intimacy, when approached this way, is not a destination.
It is a living, evolving practice.

What this work is really about

Across cultures and history, humans learned intimacy through guided experience — not through theory alone. In modern life, many of us were never taught how to feel, express boundaries, regulate arousal, or communicate desire through the body.

Embodied coaching offers a way back into this learning — slowly, safely, and with choice.

This work supports you to:

  • sense your own body more clearly

  • recognise yes, no, and maybe as bodily signals

  • relax effort and performance

  • experience pleasure as information, not obligation

  • build trust in your own pace and capacity

For many, this creates immediate relief. For others, it opens a longer arc of self-trust and intimacy that continues to unfold over time.

How we work together

Our work is personalised, focused, and embodied.

Sessions begin with coaching and awareness practices that build foundational skills: regulation, sensation, attention, and safety in the body. Touch, when included, is introduced gradually and intentionally, always in service of learning rather than stimulation.

I work clothed, offering my presence, guidance, and — where appropriate — one-way touch using my hands and arms. There is no two-way sexual touch, no surrogacy, and no performance-based interaction.

The emphasis is on receiving, sensing, and integrating, which many people — especially those used to giving or managing — find both challenging and deeply revealing.

Session structure & commitment

For body-based work, I strongly recommend a minimum three-month commitment.

Bodies learn through repetition, safety, and time. Lasting change in how you relate — to pleasure, touch, and connection — cannot be rushed, but it does not need to be endless.

Most people work with me in a 15-hour container, typically spread over 6–10 sessions. This format allows enough depth for real integration while remaining clear and contained.
