North Downs Winter Hike: Movement, Presence & Connection
Saturday, 14th Mar 10-16, Boxhill area.

We’ll spend around 3 hours walking in the North Downs, moving at a steady, relaxed pace through open landscape. This is not a day outdoors designed to support different type of relating with people: connection through being in the body and in movement. In this way we find our unique humanness and a way to safely and gently find common ground, even to someone we just met.
As we walk, I’ll offer simple embodiment invitations woven into the hike. These are light, optional practices to help you notice breath, posture, pacing, attention, and how you relate to effort and rest. Nothing strenuous or abstract — just ways of being more present while walking.
Midway through the day, we’ll stop at a local pub for warmth, food, and conversation. This is a chance to rest, integrate, and enjoy being together in an unforced, everyday way.
This hike is for you if you:
-
enjoy being outdoors in all seasons
-
want movement without optimisation or pressure
-
are curious about embodiment in ordinary life, not studio settings
-
appreciate thoughtful company and natural conversation
No prior embodiment experience is needed. A basic level of fitness for steady walking and appropriate clothing for winter weather are required.

Women’s Summer Swim & Cycle Retreat
Catalonia, Spain, Jun 6th - Jun 12th

Early June carries a very particular quality.
The body opens. Energy rises. Desire for movement, water, and sun becomes natural — not forced.
This is the moment when the feminine cycle turns outward again.
Not into rushing or productivity, but into alive presence.
Right at the threshold of summer, we gather as women by the sea — to swim, move, rest, and listen deeply to the body in its early-summer rhythm.
This retreat is centred around water and cyclical embodiment.
Swimming in the sea becomes both practice and teacher:
regulation, breath, trust, pleasure, pacing.
Movement happens with the body, not against it.
Each day is guided by attunement rather than schedules — through sea swims, land-based movement, breath, rest, and shared presence. After a few days of living this way, many women feel clearer, more sensually awake, and quietly confident in their own rhythm.
We’ll spend several days together in the wild beauty of the Catalan coast, held by warm sea, rocky shores, and expansive skies — letting early summer move through us naturally.
What will shape our days:
-
Morning sea swims and breath practices
-
Cyclical embodiment sessions attuned to early-summer energy
-
Water-based movement for pleasure, trust, and vitality
-
Gentle land movement, stretching, and rest
-
Spacious afternoons for integration, sun, and connection
-
Evenings of shared meals, reflection, and simple ritual.
This is an active yet nourishing retreat — designed for women who enjoy movement, nature, and embodied learning without intensity or pressure.
You don’t need to be a strong swimmer or have prior embodiment experience. You’re invited to meet the practices at your own pace, supported by the group and the landscape.
